Notice of Public Hearing

Please take notice that the Board of Aldermen of the City of Woodson Terrace will hold a public hearing on September 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 4323 Woodson Road, Woodson Terrace, MO 63134, concerning an application for a Conditional Use Permit and approval of a related Site Development Plan concerning the construction and operation of a hotel (Fairfield Inn and Suites) at 10070 Natural Bridge Road in the C-2 Zoning District with Gateway Overlay District. Comments from interested parties will be taken during the public hearing. Comments may also be submitted in writing in advance by sending those written comments to the City Clerk.
