CITY OF WOODSON TERRACE NEW RESTROOM


Sealed duplicate bids for New Restroom at J. L. Brown Park in Woodson Terrace will be received at
City Hall, 4323 Woodson Road., Woodson Terrace, MO 63134 until 10:00 a.m. on July 21, 2025, and
will be publicly opened and read aloud, at 10:00 a.m. July 21, 2025 by the City Clerk. Bidders are
required to submit two copies of their bid.

The bid specifications/documents can be procured from County Blue Reprograhics, 1449 Strassner Dr.,
St. Louis, MO 63144 (314) 961-3800 for bid packages, after Monday, June 23rd, 2025, with a
non-refundable check of
$200.00 payable to the City of Woodson Terrace. Any other technical questions should be directed to
the Architect, Chiodini Associates, 1401 S. Brentwood Blvd., Suite 425, St. Louis, MO 63144.

All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check drawn on a solvent Missouri
bank or trust company made payable to the City, or a bid bond issued by a surety licensed to
conduct business in the State of Missouri, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the
total bid. The bid bond may be retained by the City as a guarantee that if the proposal is
accepted, the bidder will execute the contract and file an acceptable performance and payment bond
within seven (7) days after notice of award of the contract.


The City encourages the contractors to follow the policy recommendations of Federal Committee on
Apprenticeship of the United States Department of Labor. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate
of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this contract in this area according with
the rates determined by the Department of Labor & Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all in-formalities in Bids. No
bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The contractor shall abide by all applicable
Missouri Statutes concerning prompt payment, OSHA Safety programs, £-verify, & other applicable
laws.


The City will make its decision within 60 days after opening of the bid. A mandatory pre-bid
meeting will be at the Woodson Terrace City Hall at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 2nd.
