The Records Division is your first contact when entering or calling the Police Department. Our staff provides record-keeping functions for the Department, complies with mandated statistical reporting for the State Department of Justice relating to crime in the City of Woodson Terrace, and provides various support services to our citizens.
Police Report Request
Incident reports may or may not be available, as outlined under the public record laws. Upon completion of a written request, open records are researched and copied at a cost of $10.00 cash fee per report. **There may be additional Fee's**

Tow Release
To obtain a Tow Release, please bring the following:
Valid State issued Drivers License/ ID Card
Proof of ownership of the vehicle
Proof of valid insurance of the vehicle
There is no fee for obtaining a tow release from our agency. Tow fee's from the tow company are separate from the Woodson Terrace Police Department.
Our tow services are contracted by Doc's Towing and Recovery. Their office number is: 314-503-5119.

If your are needing to pick up seized property or evidence, please be able to provide the following:

Fingerprinting
The Police Department provides a service of fingerprinting City of Woodson Terrace residents or Woodson Terrace Business Employee's only, who need fingerprints taken for various reasons. Fingerprinting will be completed 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. There is no cost for this service.
