Trash Collection Tips
PREPARE FOR PICK-UP Collection Day: Place carts curbside the night before or no later than 6:00 AM on your collection day to ensure service.
CART PLACEMENT Carts MUST be WITHIN three (3) ft. of the curb and MUST be at least three (3) ft. away from any standing object (this includes mailboxes, vehicles, and other waste containers).

PROPER TRASH CONTAINERIZATION Always use trash bags to contain waste within the can. Avoid overstuffing the trash can, as this can cause spills and prevent proper closure of the lid. Place the trash cart at the designated collection point, follow local guidelines for positioning and accessibility by the waste collection trucks. Clean your trash can regularly to prevent odor building-up and pest infestation. BY NOT BAGGING YOUR TRASH WINDY DAYS CAN BLOW YOUR LOOSE TRASH INTO OTHER NEIGHBORS YARDS CAUSING PROBLEMS.
