How to Rent a Pavilion
Pavilion rentals are available to residents only.
Reservations are made in person at City Hall.
To check available dates call City Hall at 314-427-2600
A $100 deposit is required when renting any pavilion.
Deposits should be made out to The City of Woodson Terrace in the form of a Check or Money Order.
Deposits are returned as long as there is no damage to the pavilion/grounds, your rental was left clean, and the rules and regulations were followed.
A full list of rules and regulations will be provided to the renter at the time the reservation is made.

Town Hall Rental Pricing
$50.00 per hour, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
$70.00 per hour, 8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

If alcohol will be served at your event an off duty Police officer is required to be present for the entire rental at an hourly rate of $35.00.
